黄海林，高级工艺美术师，广西贵港人，生于1972年。1997年毕业于广西艺术学院雕塑系，获学士学位，同年到新美陶公司从事陶艺创作。凭借着扎实的基础和丰富的理论修养，用现代艺术的意识和审美观，在继承传统陶艺的基础上，大胆创新，使作品具有构思新颖，气势浩然的特点，技艺也日渐成熟，形成了自己的独特风格。
